Responsibilities
n
n
Owning and running the delivery roadmap for specific region including provider connection requests, new provider launches, new product or product changes implementations.
n
Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate, report and supervise delivery progress of overall roadmap for assigned region.
n
Presenting regularly with operators and vendors, providing them with transparent and regular updates during the whole the delivery life-cycle
n
Assisting in the planning of incoming requests and projects, as well as assist in any capacity to streamline delivery of projects
n
Leading kick off and status meeting to communicate project objectives, results, and expectations to the development and operation teams.
n
Working with relevant team members to ensure the readiness of different environments for deployment and testing by encouraging internal and external teams within the designated area
n
Seeing opportunities to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality;
n
Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles
n
n
Requirements
n
n
High proficiency in English,



excellent oral and written communication in English is a must
n
5+ years of software project management experience.
n
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with Monday or Smartsheet is advantage.
n
Experience with organisational change policies implementation is a benefit
n
Proactive, detail-attentive individual; self-motivated, results oriented, teammate.
n
Outstanding social skills, open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker.
n
Ability to communicate equally well with clients, managers, team leaders, developers.
n
Ability to empower and drive colleagues towards success.
n
Able to comprehend any business-related information from various sources (such as BI, media, etc.)

Capable of handling and leading multiple projects – excellent multitasking skills are must
