About you
n

Minimum 2 years' bartending experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-end or fine dining environment
n
Strong cocktail knowledge and experience, with a solid understanding of premium spirits, wine and beverage service
n
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, polished approach to guest service
n
Reliable, positive and able to work collaboratively within a qualified hospitality team
n
Availability across a rotating roster,



including evenings and weekends
n
Must be available Thursday to Saturday
n
Casual role with a stable and regular roster
n
Sundays and Mondays closed - enjoy consistent days off
n
Work within a premium dining and hospitality environment
n
