MAYDAY Healthcare is excited to be partnering with a leading fertility and reproductive health organisation to recruit an experienced Fertility Registered Nurse to join a well-established private fertility specialist practice in Sydney CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fertility nurse who enjoys building strong relationships with patients and wants to be involved throughout their entire fertility journey.

Working closely with a highly experienced Fertility Specialist and wider clinical team, you'll play a key role in coordinating care, supporting patients through treatment and ensuring they receive a personalised, compassionate experience from consultation through to follow-up.

The Opportunity

Permanent, full-time position

Sydney CBD

Hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
n
Competitive hourly rate of$40-$60 per hour + super, dependent on experience
n
Work directly alongside a Fertility Specialist and experienced clinical team
n
Well-established private practice environment
n
Excellent onboarding, training and ongoing development

4 weeks' buddying and support when you start

About the Role
n
This is more than a traditional clinical nursing position. You'll become an key point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey, combining your clinical knowledge with exceptional communication, coordination and patient care.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing nursing support throughout the fertility treatment journey
n
Coordinating patient care between the Fertility Specialist, patients and wider clinical team
n
Supporting patients through treatment pathways and follow-up
n
Providing education,
information and reassurance to patients
n
Managing multiple patients and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
n
Building strong and trusted relationships with patients
n
Working autonomously while remaining closely connected to the wider team
n
Contributing to a positive and highly personalised patient experience
n
Using technology and digital systems to support efficient patient coordination
n
n
You'll also have the opportunity to work with a range of technology platforms, with full support and training provided.

About You
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous fertility/IVF nursing experience - essential
n
Experience supporting patients through fertility treatment
n
Strong patient coordination and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
High emotional intelligence and a genuinely compassionate approach
n
The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Confidence working within a specialist/private practice environment
n
Australian working rights
n
n
IVF/fertility experience is essential for this position. The successful candidate will need to be confident stepping into a specialist fertility environment and supporting patients from day one.
