Job Description
At Exclusive Earthworks, we are looking to onboard a Leading Hand for projects in and around Sydney.
n
To be considered for this job:
n
MUST have minimum 5-year's experience in groundwork set out, formwork, concrete and industrial holding down bolt placement
n
Ability to read drawings/plans and specs
n
Ability to prove that you have recent Leading Hand/Supervisor experience (minimum 5 year's experience)
n
Must hold a White Card and other trade licences
n
Familiarity with WHS policies and procedures,
n
Must have own vehicle to travel to and from project sites
n
Australian permanent residency/citizenship (no working /sponsor visas)
n
Demonstrated loyalty, hardworking character and autonomous
n
Tasks & Responsibilities
n
Reporting to the company Director/Site Supervisor
n
Provide site management direction including project management and administrative support
n




Be hands-on to ensure the project progress follows company expectations and ensure we are on schedule with our Head Contractor
n
Assist in maintaining and following company procedures
n
Maintain site daily records (including ITP's and SWMS)
n
Overseeing project safety processes from start to finish ensuring all WHS obligations are met
n
