Job Description
Working within our Hallam team, this is a vital role in ensuring the timely provision and management of quotes and the processing of orders via our CRM & SAP systems.

What will you do

Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
n
Generation of quotes
n
Liaise directly with clients via email to obtain missing information
n
Processing Orders
n
n

Salesforce and CRM skills to manage quotes, customer details
n
Strong quote preparation skills to prepare accurate quotes
n
Strong attention to detail to ensure pricing, specifications and customer information are accurate.
n
Strong customer service and communication skills when dealing with clients via email and internal teams.
n
Good time management and prioritisation skills to manage multiple quotes and orders.
n
Accurate data entry skills to keep Salesforce information up to date.
n
Order processing skills to process approved quotes into sales orders.
n
Problem-solving skills to resolve missing information, errors and delays.
n
Strong coordination skills to work effectively with sales, customers via email and operations and finance teams.
n
Professional written communication skills for emails, follow-ups and updates.
n
Basic commercial awareness of pricing, quotes, sales orders and revenue.
