About the role
n Join the Child, Youth and Families Division as part of the IPARVAN (Integrated Prevention and Response to Violence, Abuse and Neglect) team in this rewarding part-time Administration Officer opportunity, working 20 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday) through to February ****.
n
As part of a job-share arrangement, you will work closely with another team member to provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to the Manager and wider team, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
n
We are seeking a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and is proficient in a variety of computer systems and programs.
n
This role offers the opportunity to take initiative, contribute to quality improvement activities, and play an integral role in supporting the delivery of essential services within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
