Learning Specialist – Community Organisation

Immediate Start | Temporary Contract | Community Based Organisation, $***** per hour + super

We are seeking an experiencedLearning Specialistto join a community-basedorganisation on a temporary basis for 3 months with animmediate start.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to an L&D; skilled who can confidently coordinate and deliver learning programs, facilitate engaging training sessions and work closely with People & Culture and business stakeholders.
n
About the Role
n You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of corporate learning and development initiatives, including:
n
n
Corporate induction and onboarding programs
n
Compliance and mandatory training
n
Core capability and professional development programs
n
Facilitated workshops and learning sessions
n
Learning content and resource development
n
Learning coordination, scheduling and logistics
n
Tracking participation, evaluation and learning outcomes
n
Supporting continuous improvement of L&D; programs
n
n
You will work closely with theOrganisational Development team, and People & Culture Business Partners, as well as managers and employees across the organisation.
n
About You
n We are looking for someone who brings:
n

Demonstrated experience inLearning & Development
n




Strong experience facilitating training, workshops and learning programs
n
Excellent presentation and communication skills
n
The ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
n
Experience designing or adapting learning content for different audiences
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Experience working with Learning Management Systems and learning coordination processes
n
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Adult Education or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
