The Wallaby Hotel is looking for an experienced Duty Manager who loves being on the floor, knows how to lead a team through a busy service and genuinely enjoys creating a great experience for guests.

We're looking for a Duty Manager who can bring energy, confidence and robust operational skills to the team while helping us continue to deliver the experience our locals know and love.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Running shifts across bar, bistro, gaming and functions
n
Leading, motivating and supporting the team during service
n
Creating consistently great guest experiences
n
Managing guest feedback professionally and confidently
n
Keeping RSA, RSG, licensing, gaming and WHS compliance front of mind
n
Jumping in wherever needed to keep the venue running smoothly
n
Taking the lead when the Venue Manager is away
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leader
n
Current RSA and RSG
n




RMLV or willingness/ability to obtain if required
n
Experience working within a busy, multi‐faceted hospitality venue
n
Strong understanding of liquor licensing, gaming compliance and WHS
n
A confident, hands‐on leadership style
n
Someone who stays calm, organised and solutions‐focused when things get busy
n
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
n
Most importantly, a genuine passion for hospitality, people and great service
n
