Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver safe, person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with clinical standards
n
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/resident care plans
n
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
n
Monitor patient and resident conditions and elevate concerns when required
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
n
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
n
Support patients, residents, and families with empathy and professionalism
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Relevant qualifications and current registration/certification where applicable
n




Current AHPRA registration for nursing and allied health roles
n
Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience preferred
n
Experience in acute care, private hospital, rehabilitation, or aged care settings highly regarded
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check (where applicable)
n
