Our client is a global leader in analytical and medical instrumentation who support the life sciences & pharmaceutical industries. As a Technical Support Technician, you'll support with installation and maintenance of a wide range of diagnostic imaging equipment.

Responsibilities include:
n
Perform installations and maintenance of medical imaging equipment
n
Conduct preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs
n
Support sales staff with technical information and knowledge
n
Respond in a timely manner to customer complaints
n
Maintain detailed and accurate records of service visits
n
Assisting with service contract renewals and finding current service business opportunities
n
Must have:
n
Restricted electrical license
n
Available for a rotating on-call roster
n
Available for regional,



domestic and international travel
n
Skills/Experience
n
Degree, diploma, or trade certification in Electronics or Electrical field
n
Experience in field service of medical imaging equipment
n
Network and Dicom set up experience essential
n
Ability to work independently and be proactive
n
Valid driver's licence and eligibility to work in Australia
n
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
n
