Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing healthcare technology organisation and take ownership of the end to end delivery of complex projects across hospital and aged care environments.

This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to establish and optimise project management practices, work closely with implementation teams and senior stakeholders, and play a key role in the continued transition of clients to scalable cloud-based platforms.
n
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large‐scale, multi site implementation and transition projects, often involving complex hospital environments and extended project timelines.
n
On a daily basis your role will involve:
n
n
Lead projects from initiation through to successful completion
n
Develop and maintain project plans, governance, documentation, milestones and reporting
n
Coordinate internal implementation teams, clients and key stakeholders
n
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope and timelines
n
Establish and continuously improve project management frameworks and ways of working
n
Support implementation teams with stakeholder coordination and structured project delivery
n
Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and understand their operational requirements
n
Manage complex projects across multiple sites and stakeholder groups
n
Support the migration of legacy solutions to modern, cloud‐based platforms
n
Travel periodically to client sites for key project milestones and implementation activities
n

To succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
Proven experience managing complex projects end-to-end
n
An understanding of healthcare workflows or experience delivering projects in healthcare environments – Essential.
n
Experience working across large-scale, multi-site or enterprise implementations
n
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Excellent planning, organisation and documentation capabilities
n
Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities
n
A practical, collaborative approach to project delivery
n
The ability to work autonomously while actively collaborating with remote teams
n
A proactive, self-starting mindset
n
An understanding of healthcare workflows or experience delivering projects in healthcare environments
n
n

Lots of interstate travel involved thus you need to be happy to travel.
