We are currently hiring an experienced Administrator Assistant for a permanent, full-time role at our Ormeau, Brisbane facility for Afternoon Shift.
n
Note: this is afternoon shift between 11:00-7:00PM or 12:00-8PM
n
Responsibilities (include but not limited):
n
Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all customer-related activities to support effective revenue management.
n
Providing structured administrative assistance, including Purchase Order Processing, Inventory Handling, Export/Import Documentation, Transport Log Coordination, Detailed Data Entry, and Analytical reporting to track Delivery or Pickup variances.
n
Delivering positive customer interactions, fostering strong relationships and service excellence.
n
Implementing efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity within your scope of work.
n




Upholding food safety, quality, and legal requirements, ensuring strict adherence to policies and best practices.
n
Requirements:
n
Proven experience in a Customer Service or similar role, with industry-specific experience preferred.
n
Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience is required.
n
Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and influencing skills, ensuring positive outcomes.
n
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in accurate, timely data entry to support efficient operations.
n
Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and skilled interactions.
n
Strong time management and organisational abilities, ensuring productivity and task prioritisation.
n
IT proficiency, including knowledge in Microsoft Office, WMS, and TMS systems.
n
Experience with warehouse management systems is required.
n
Experience with transport management systems is required.
n
Australian work rights are required for this position.
