Lineage Group is seeking an Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client services, fostering innovation, and improving processes. In this role, you'll advise a high-net-worth family and businesses on tax and accounting matters while driving engagement excellence.

Salary package $88,000 - $95,000
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Prepare financial statements and tax compliance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
n
Review financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.
n
Maintain and continuously improve internal control structures.
n
Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
n
Handle moderately complex compliance tasks and review team members' work.
n




Contribute to advisory boards, family councils, and outsourced Family Office services.
n
Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery.
n
n
Qualifications & Skills:
n
n
Degree qualified required and wanting to progress a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification.
n
Robust knowledge of tax and accounting principles.
n
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to work effectively with the client and in teams and collaborate effectively.
