What You'll Do
n
As an Airline Shuttle Driver, you'll play an essential role in our operation by delivering safe, timely, and exceptional transportation service to airline crews.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Safely transport airline crew members between airports, hotels, and training facilities.
n
Provide professional, friendly, and customer-focused service.
n
Communicate effectively using company radio and communication systems.
n
Assist passengers with luggage when needed.
n
Follow all company safety policies and transportation procedures.
n
Maintain schedules and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
n
Help create a positive, stress-free experience for every crew member we serve.
n
Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and a safety-first mindset every day.
n

Important Note

For safety and regulatory compliance, personal cell phone use is prohibited while on duty.
n
All work-related communication must be conducted through approved company devices and systems.

Requirements
n
What You'll Need (Required Qualifications):
n
n
Must be at least 21 years old.
n
Valid U.S. driver's license.
n
Must be eligible and able to obtain and maintain a City of Austin Chauffeur Permit (successful candidates must initiate the permit application process immediately upon hire).
n
Clean driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
n
Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
n
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
n
Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
n
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
n
Reliable transportation to and from work.
n
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
n
Commitment to providing professional, courteous customer service.
n
n
Preferred Experience (While not required, the following experience is a plus):
n
n
Shuttle driving
n
Airport transportation
n
Hospitality industry experience
n
Customer service roles
n
Leadership or supervisory experience
n
