We're hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial facilities throughout the Birmingham, Alabama metro area. This role is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
n
n
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
n
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations.
n
Service and maintain HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and controls.
n
Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
n
Complete service documentation and maintenance records accurately.
n
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
n
Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment conditions and recommended repairs.
n
Maintain a high level of workmanship and customer satisfaction on every service call.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 5 years of commercial and industrial HVAC service experience.
n
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
n
Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
n
Knowledge of HVAC controls, preventative maintenance programs, and equipment reliability practices.
n
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls effectively.
n
Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
n
OSHA 10 certification preferred.
n
