Work Type: Full-time (4-Month Initial Contract with Permanent Chance)

Daily Rate range: $600 to $800 per day excluding superannuation

About the Role This hybrid role combines structured project execution with high-impact change leadership to ensure key business objectives are delivered on time and fully embedded into daily operations.

Starting as an initial 4-month contract, this role offers a direct pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate, providing immediate impact alongside long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities
n
Change Strategy & Adoption: Design and execute holistic change strategies, foster leadership alignment, lead behavioral change initiatives, and oversee training interventions to ensure smooth adoption and long-term sustainability.
n
Project Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end project planning, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating across cross-functional teams, external partners, and subject matter experts.
n
Governance & Reporting: Establish governance frameworks, track benefits realization, and provide progress updates to executive sponsors and steering committees.
n
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong,



trust-based relationships across senior leadership and diverse internal business units to drive alignment.
n
Key Requirements
n
Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Change Management, HR, Psychology, or a related field. Prosci or Project Management (PMP/Agile) certifications are highly regarded.
n
Transformation Experience: Proven track record leading complex, organization-wide transformation and cultural change initiatives (ideally in waterfall environments).
n
Change Expertise: Deep knowledge of change methodologies, behavioral frameworks, and adoption tracking metrics.
n
Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholder groups.
n
Resilience: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with an analytical and outcome-focused mindset.
