The Dental Group (Sydney Implant Institute & Dental Lounge) is looking for a passionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Sydney Implant Institute in our Sydney CBD location.

As a Dental Assistant, you will:

Assist in a variety of dental procedures, including surgical and restorative phases.
n
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are always ready for our patients.
n
Provide excellent chairside assistance and patient management.
n
Educate patients on post-operative care and ensure their comfort.
n
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
n
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
n

Qualifications and Skills:
n
n
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
n
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
n
Experience assisting with dental surgery would be a plus (not required).
n
Proficient in using dental software and digital imaging systems.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
n
Detail‐oriented with strong organisational skills.
n
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
