Job Description
As a Hire Controller, you will be responsible for managing equipment hire from enquiry through to return, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring equipment is available when required.

Key responsibilities

Managing customer enquiries and hire bookings
n
Coordinating equipment availability, deliveries and returns
n
Preparing quotes and processing hire orders
n
Maintaining accurate hire records and documentation
n
Communicating with customers, drivers and internal staff
n
Following up outstanding hires and equipment
n
Ensuring a high level of customer service
n
Assisting with general administration and day-to-day hire operations
n

About you
n
n
Experienced in equipment hire, construction, transport or a similar industry
n
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
n
Confident communicating with customers and staff
n
Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
n
Reliable, proactive and willing to take ownership
n
Comfortable using computers and hire/admin systems
