About the Role
n
As a Factory Hand, you'll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping keep production moving and making sure our products leave the factory looking their best.
n
Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
Operating factory machinery, using hand tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
n
Assembling products accurately and according to specifications
n
Checking finished products to make sure they meet our quality standards
n
Keeping the factory clean, tidy, organised, and safe
n
Following workplace health and safety procedures
n
Pitching in with general factory duties and supporting the wider production team
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:

Hardworking – you're not afraid of a busy day or getting your hands dirty

Physically fit – comfortable with manual work. lifting, and being on your feet

Safety-conscious – you understand that doing the job safely is just as important as doing it well

What You'll Bring
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (preferred, but not essential)
n
The ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
n
Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
n
Good communication skills and confidence with basic maths — there's plenty of measuring involved in this role!
n
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute
n
The ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet targets
n
A willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow with the team
n
