We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our busy and professional Service Department on a full-time basis.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated automotive qualified who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing technical support within a fast-paced dealership environment.

About the role
n
As a Technical Advisor, you will act as the key link between our Service team, Technicians, and customers, ensuring repairs and maintenance are accurately diagnosed, communicated, and completed to the highest standard.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Assisting with technical diagnosis and repair enquiries
n
Supporting Service Advisors and Technicians with technical information
n
Liaising with customers regarding vehicle concerns and repair recommendations
n
Monitoring workshop productivity and repair quality
n
Working closely with Toyota technical support when required
n
Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process
n




Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous automotive industry experience, preferably within a dealership environment
n
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
The ability to work collaboratively with both customers and workshop staff
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
A current driver's licence
n
Toyota experience (highly regarded but not essential)
