Queensland Council of Social Service (QCOSS) is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to lead the design, development, delivery and evaluation of sector capability-building initiatives. You will also manage QCOSS's Litmos LMS and collaborate with community service organisations and government partners to strengthen workforce capability across Queensland.
