Last St Brewery is seeking a Head Brewer to lead all brewing operations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, safety and efficiency across production. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head Brewer will drive product innovation, develop the brewing team, improve production systems and contribute to the strategic growth of the brewery.
