As a part of this expansion, we're seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our clinical and residency faculty with Banner Desert Family Medicine Residency.

Academic Role: Faculty appointment with the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix Teaching-Focused Practice:
n
Outpatient precepting, resident mentorship, and curriculum development at our health center in Chandler, Arizona.
n
Protected Faculty Time: Dedicated time for teaching, scholarship, and program development
n
Flexible Scheduling: Outpatient-focused role with limited call
n
Leadership Opportunities: Participate in program growth with pathways to future leadership roles

Robust Support: Experienced MAs, front office staff, and engaged clinical and GME leadership

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible:
n
Bring your expertise as a certified Family Medicine physician with or without OB. OB skills are preferred
n
Passion for Teaching and Excellence: Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and providing clinically excellent care
n
Leadership Potential: Showcase your history of scholarship and leadership experience, or your potential to lead
n
Patient-Focused Team Player: Embrace a patient-focused, collaborative approach within a team environment

Arizona State Medical Licensure: Hold or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
