Constructions Group (Aust) is a Brisbane-based commercial builder with 28+ years of experience delivering quality projects across Multi-Residential, Commercial, Health, and Industrial sectors. We're currently delivering and onboarding several projects ranging from $20M–$80M, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team.

The Role
n
You'll work closely with our Project Teams to manage contracts across the full project lifecycle - supporting procurement, compliance, risk mitigation, and cost control.
n
Working across projects at a level to monitor Head Contract & Subcontract liabilities.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Preparing and managing contracts, subcontracts, and variations
n
Supporting resolution of contractual issues or disputes
n
Assisting with procurement, tendering & negotiations




n
Monitoring project budgets and tracking progress claims
n
Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual & internal policies
n
Reviewing & preparing contractual compliance
n
n

Proven experience in contract administration in construction

Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement & industry regulations
n
Excellent attention to detail and time management

Confident communication and negotiation skills
