Customer Service & Cloaking Attendants - EVENT STAFF

This is a high-profile international sporting event, with tens of thousands of fans expected. We are looking for people who are confident working with the public, communicate exceptionally well and understand what outstanding customer service looks like in a busy event environment.

About the role
n
Customer Service Ambassadors will be the friendly face of the event, helping fans navigate the venue and ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Cloaking Attendants will assist with the safe and efficient management of patron belongings and entry processes.

Key responsibilities
n
Help fans navigate the venue and ensure positive guest experience
n
Assist with safe and productive management of patron belongings and entry processes
n
Communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse range of customers
n
Remain calm, helpful, and professional during busy periods
n
Maintain professional presentation and grooming standards throughout shift
n
Work effectively as part of a large team

About you
n
Excellent spoken English and confident verbal communication
n
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
n
Strong personal presentation and grooming standards
n
Reliable and positive attitude
n
Availability for entire event (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), commencing at approximately 6:00am-08:00am each day
n
Previous major event or stadium experience highly regarded
n
Experience in customer service, hospitality, events, front-of-house, retail, venues or guest services
n
Professional Presentation Required
n
This is a premium, high-profile event and professional presentation is essential.
n

n
All staff are expected to maintain neat, professional grooming and presentation throughout their shift.
