Niño Early Learning Adventures has an exceptional opportunity for a Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Ashburton centre leading the kindergarten room. This is a full time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of $80,000 per annum + superannuation.

Working within our learning and curriculum framework, as an ECT at Niño ELA you will:
n

focus on building positive relationships with the children in their care;
n
inspire children's thinking & learning; and
n
support our children to grow and flourish.
n
n

n
As an ECT with Niño ELA your key priorities will be to:
n
n
Develop and deliver a quality education program and practice that ensures the care and development of each child in the group.
n
Work closely with the Centre Manager, Assistant Manager, and other team members to build positive relationships with children and families.
n
Manage the daily classroom activities, programs and routines.
n
Support, Mentor and inspire the room's educators to deepen their understanding of the curriculum and embed a culture of ongoing reflective practice.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships within the team, families, children and the wider community.
n
Share passion and enthusiasm for creating educational,



interesting and inviting play spaces, linking to the curriculum.
n
n
Essential Skills and Experience:
n
n
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent, recognised by ACECQA.
n
Demonstrated experience in implementing the VEYLF, EYLF and NQF
n
Senior First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate.
n
Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
n
A passion and enthusiasm for creating educational, stimulating and inviting play spaces, linking to the curriculum.
n
Must have the legal right to live and work in Australia.
n
