Your Team
n
Our Production & Architecture Consultancy (PAC) team ensures clients can run MX.3 efficiently, reliably, and securely. As a Graduate Technical Consultant, you will be guided and mentored by experienced engineers while learning how to:
n
n
Deploy and support complex financial systems
n
Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and stability issues
n
Work with modern technologies across infrastructure, cloud, databases, and programming
n
Collaborate with global teams and communicate directly with clients
n
n
You'll be part of the full product lifecycle—from implementation to production support—and gain exposure to how real financial institutions operate their mission‐critical systems.
n
Your Role
n
With training and senior support, you will:
n
n
Build strong technical knowledge of the MX.3 platform
n
Analyze and troubleshoot system performance,
reliability, and architecture issues
n
Contribute to improving system stability through benchmarking, profiling, and testing
n
Assist in infrastructure preparation, including sizing, setup, monitoring, and maintenance
n
Become a trusted technical partner for clients across the Asia–Pacific region
n
Collaborate with Product Development and Client Services to deliver high‐quality solutions
n
n
Your Profile
n
Required:
n
n
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or related. You must be in the final semester/ trimester of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have completed your university studies within the past 12 months of applying
n
Strong interest in system architecture, problem‐solving, and technology
n
Familiarity with Linux/Unix, shell scripting, or networking
n
Strong, object‐oriented design and coding skills (C/C++ and/or Java preferably on a UNIX or Linux platform).
n
Understanding of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
n
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork
n
Clear communication skills and a structured way of thinking
n
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
n
n
Applicants must have current and unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Nice to Have:
n
n
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
n
Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages a plus
n
Exposure to debugging/profiling tools (GDB, Valgrind, Java profilers)
n
Understanding of multi-threading or design patterns
n
Internship or project experience with enterprise systems
