About the Role

The Store Manager will build a positive team workplace focused on exceptional customer service, drive financial performance, and manage daily store operations, visual merchandising, training, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong product knowledge.
n
Maintain visual merchandising standards per company guidelines.
n
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure health & safety.
n
Prepare and manage staff rosters with the regional manager.
n
Recruit and develop talent, retaining high performers.

About You
n
We seek an ambassador of our brand who is passionate about fashion, has strong leadership and mentoring skills, and can manage a rapid‐paced retail environment.



Flexibility to work rotational weekend rosters and late‐night trade is required. Prior store‐management experience in fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and a performance‐driven mindset are essential.
