Experience at aMichelin Starlevel or anestablishment with similar high standards will be highly regarded.Excellent cooking skills, efficiency, attention to detail, a positive sense of humour and capacity to contribute to a tight knit teamare essential. Interest in produce and seasondriven cooking an advantage.
