Digital Project Manager | 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start | WFH Flexibility Expertech is exclusively partnering with a leading digital consulting organisation to recruit an experienced Digital Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start. This is an exciting chance to lead the delivery of customer-focused digital initiatives within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. We're seeking a Project Manager with proven experience delivering digital projects across customer portals, eCommerce platforms, websites, and system integrations. While the role offers work-from-home flexibility, candidates based in Sydney are preferred to support collaboration with the broader team.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects from initiation through to implementation.
n
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
n
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, UX teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
n
Coordinate the delivery of customer-facing digital initiatives, including portals, eCommerce platforms, websites, and system integrations.
n
Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
n
Facilitate project planning sessions, workshops, and regular status meetings.
n
Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues.
n
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering digital projects.
n
Strong experience managing projects involving customer portals, eCommerce platforms, websites, and systems integrations.
n




Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
n
Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
n
Experience delivering projects within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.
n
Australian Citizenship will be highly regarded.
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for project reporting and data analysis.
n
Experience delivering digital transformation or customer experience initiatives.
n
Sydney-based candidates are preferred.
