Are you an experienced team leader with a passion for horticulture, grounds maintenance, and leading crews to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces? We are seeking motivated Team Leaders to join our growing team across Western Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs.

About the Role
n
As a Team Leader, you will supervise and work alongside a small crew undertaking a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance activities. You'll be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while leading by example in the field.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Leading and supervising maintenance crews
n
Coordinating daily work schedules and site activities
n
Maintaining parks, gardens, open spaces, and landscaped areas
n
Operating horticultural equipment and tools safely
n
Conducting planting, pruning, mowing, edging, and general grounds maintenance
n




Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
n
Liaising with supervisors, clients, and team members
n
n

Requirements
n
n
Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, or equivalent OR 5+ years' experience as a Team Leader in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one
n
Clean Police Check
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to motivate and manage a team in outdoor environments
