This Sydney based role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and has breadth of opportunity and challenge.

Your responsibilities will include:

Exceptional customer service to all clients
n
Responding in an efficient and professional manner to all clients
n
Management and first call resolution of customer concerns
n
Provide product information and assistance
n
Proactively maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers
n

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:

Previous experience in a customer service role
n
Professional verbal and written communication skills
n
Exceptional problem solving skills
n
Professional telephone manner and possess a high level of resilience
n
Proven ability to meet KPI's
n

Preferred Skills:

n
SalesForce or similar CRM knowledge
n
Basic knowledge of SEO (or be committed to learn)
n
Basic knowledge of PPC (or be committed to learn)
n
An appreciation / understanding of Sales
n
