Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced plumbing subcontractors and established plumbing teams to work alongside our team on upcoming projects.
n
We are looking for reliable plumbers who can work efficiently, work from drawings and maintain a high standard of workmanship throughout all stages of the project.

About the Role
n
Works may include:
n
n
Rough Ins
n
High level drainage inclusive of sewer stack work, stormwater stack work & required roll overs & basement works)
n
Pressure services including (riser cupboards, basement reticulation)
n
Fit off fixtures
n
n
You will be expected to:
n
n
Read and work from hydraulic, architectural and relevant coordinated drawings
n
Set out fixtures and services correctly from architectural plans, fixture schedules & approved documentation
n
Work closely with our site supervisors and project team
n
Complete works to the project programme and required quality standard
n
Keep work areas clean and maintain positive housekeeping
n
n
Compliance & Workmanship Requirements
n
All works are to be completed in accordance with the current applicable requirements, including:
n
n
NCC Volume Three – Plumbing Code of Australia
n
AS/NZS ****** – Water Services
n
AS/NZS ****** – Sanitary Plumbing and Drainage
n
AS/NZS ****** – Stormwater Drainage, where applicable
n
AS/NZS ****** – Heated Water Services
n
AS/NZS ****** - Gas Installations, where gas works are undertaken
n
n
About You
n
n




Current NSW plumbing licence
n
Current gasfitting licence/category where undertaking gas works
n
Current White Card
n
ABN
n
Appropriate public liability insurance
n
Workers compensation insurance where applicable
n
Own tools and access equipment including suitable ladders
n
Reliable transport
n
Ability to read hydraulic and architectural plans
n
Good understanding of the AS/NZS **** series and general plumbing compliance requirements
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
Ability to work independently while also working as part of a larger team
n
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
n
Ability to meet project programmes and allocated deadlines
n
Appropriate SWMS and compliance with all project WHS requirements
n
We are particularly interested in established subcontractor teams who are experienced in completing full levels or nominated areas including rough-in, testing, fit-off and completion.
