About The Role
n
As a Mower / Brushcutter Operator, you will be responsible for undertaking routine maintenance works in Council controlled parks, reserves and selected roadsides around the City of Casey.
n
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
n
n
Ability to operate front deck mowers or Zero Turn Mowers and Push Mowers and brush cutters
n
Perform routine prestart checks on your daily equipment
n
Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
n
Complete horticultural tasks as required based our contract
n
Follow and practice safety protocols and procedures
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in Horticulture, lawn care and maintenance. Qualifications preferred.
n
Manual Drivers licence (preferred)
n
Ride on Mower experience of Council Controlled sites will be highly regarded
n
Current Working with Children check & Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold,



rain, and the sun
n
Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
n
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
n
