The team includes seven partners specialising in construction contracts, insurance, and litigation, and is recognised in Best Lawyers in Australia **** and Doyle's Guide for Construction & Infrastructure. They advise builders, contractors, principals, sub-contractors, developers, suppliers, and insurers across construction, property development, engineering, mining, and renewable energy sectors.
n They are seeking lawyers with experience in:

Construction dispute resolution, litigation, mediation, and arbitration
n
Expert determinations and large-scale disputes
n
Time-related claims, variations, and defective work claims
n
Commercial risk assessment,



contract drafting and negotiation (national and international)
n
Project delivery, administration, and risk analysis
n
Security of Payment adjudications and tender advice
n
