We deliver aluminium window, door and glazing packages across major residential and commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety and reliable project delivery.

Due to continued growth across Brisbane, we are seeking an experienced Window Installer / Glazier to join our team on a full-time basis.
n
The Role
n
This position is suited to an experienced installer who can work confidently as part of an installation team and carry out window and glazing works to a high standard.
n
You will be working across multiple construction projects throughout Brisbane.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Installation of aluminium windows and doors
n
Installation of commercial and residential glazing systems
n
Installation and adjustment of aluminium frames
n
Installation of subframes, subheads, subsills and associated components
n
Installation of glass and glazing panels
n
Window and door hardware installation and adjustment
n
Measuring, setting out and checking installation locations
n
Reading and interpreting construction drawings and shop drawings
n
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
n
Carrying out installation adjustments and final fit-off
n
Identifying and rectifying installation issues
n
Completing works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
n
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and presentation
n




Following site safety procedures and company requirements
n
Working with supervisors, project managers and other trades on site
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
Applicants must have:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in aluminium window and/or glazing installation
n
Demonstrated experience installing aluminium windows and doors
n
Good understanding of window and glazing installation practices
n
Ability to read and understand construction and shop drawings
n
Experience using construction hand and power tools
n
Good attention to detail and workmanship
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong understanding of construction site safety
n
White Card
n
Valid Australian driver's licence
n
Reliable transport
n
Full Australian working rights
n
n
Preferred, but not essential:
n
n
Formal glazing qualification or trade qualification in glazing
n
Experience working on multi-residential apartment or commercial construction projects
n
Experience with curtain wall systems
n
Experience installing subframes and commercial glazing systems
n
Experience with large glazing panels and façade installation
n
n
A glazing qualification will be highly regarded but is not a mandatory requirement for the position.
n
