We seek applications from talented individuals with:
n
Pool Experience: Relevant pool,spaand equipmentfamiliarity and pool servicing experience is ideal for this position. Enthusiastic and motivated personalities with suitable experience who are mobile, fit, physically capable and ready to start a new role.
n
Mechanical Capabilty: A large part of our work is diagnosing, removing and replacing pool equipment. Mechanical and technical understanding, familiarity with tools and a capability to work with equipment, PVC plumbing and system programming will all be highly preferable.
n
Customer-Focused Mindset: Robust communication skills to liaise with customers, assist with information flow and corrective actions, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
n
Self Motivated: A positive co-operative fix-it attitude, capability to learn the job and capacity to work hard,



including intermittent heavy lifting an absolute must.
n
Team Member: You should be able to communicate well within the service office environment. Ability to work well within a team of service Technician, Service Manager and other administration staff. We strongly encourage a healthy happy work environment.
n
Mental Fitness: Fit mindset, agile approach and ready to deal with the everyday work environment, good sense of humor and ability to role with the jobs and workload.

What You'll Do
n
Attend to service jobs, diagnose failures and rectify problems.
n
Service commercial pools, spas and other aquatic facilities.
n
Treat problem pools within established business procedures.
n
Learning our selection of equipment, installation process and how they operate.
n
Understand our range of products and chemicals and provide solutions for customers with problem pools.
n
Assisting customers to solve pool problems within company protocols.
n
