We are seeking a highly motivated person with exposure in a similar role or industry to join our Yatala Branch.
n
This is a full time position working a minimum of 38 hours per week, plus overtime as required, the hours are rostered between 7am - 4pm.
n
The Role
n
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse Operator's primary focus is to:
n
n
Prepare customer orders as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor
n
Ensure on time receipt and accurate delivery of stock and finished goods to customers
n
Ensure that deadlines for orders to clients are met and stock is efficiently handled and stored
n
Assist packing the work truck with customer orders as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Driver
n
Review and check all orders for quality and accuracy before despatch
n
Treat all stock with utmost care to reduce potential damage or remake
n
Load and unload items from customer vehicles safely and efficiently
n
Assist in daily stocktakes and cycles counts as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor
n
Participate in daily toolbox meetings discussing warehouse tasks for completion raising any staff, product, process and/or safety issues
n
Provide exceptional customer service to our client base
n
Work to reinforce the company's Vision, Mission and Values
n

In summary, the Warehouse Operator is a key person in the branch operation, providing the human link between the customer and Oxworks' warehouse processes.

Demonstrated warehouse experience

Current forklift licence (required)

Ability to follow clear verbal instructions
