Ringers Western is growing, and so is our technology team. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our high performing tech team and grow into a career in business analysis and systems delivery.

You will be the person who drives improvement, forms part of key project teams and picks up the issues that are too tricky for support - the ones that need real investigation, some detective work, and a properly thought through solution. Alongside that, you will get hands on exposure to systems documentation, data analysis and process improvement, working closely with every member of the team.

What You Will Be Doing
n
n
Owning escalations. Taking on the support issues & change requests that need deeper digging, and working out not just what is wrong, but the best way to solve it
n
Writing it up. Documenting requirements, user stories, SOPs and user guides so solutions stick and users & developers have clarity
n
Getting into projects. Supporting system rollouts, testing (UAT), and change management alongside our current Business Analyst and Data Lead
n
Mapping how things work. Helping spot where processes can be simpler, faster or more automated
n
Talking to people. Being the friendly, capable go between for business users, our IT team, and external vendors
n




Building systems knowledge. Getting real exposure and deep understanding of enterprise applications
n
n
What You Will Bring
n
n
1 to 2 years' experience in a business analyst role
n
A knack for problem solving and getting to the why, not just the what
n
Strong written communication. You can turn a messy problem into a clear, simple document
n
Great attention to detail
n
The ability to juggle a support ticket and a project deadline in the same afternoon
n
Experience in business process definition & improvement
n
A friendly and approachable demeanour, able to convey information to users at all skill levels
n
n
Nice to have (not essential):
n
n
Exposure to retail, e-commerce or logistics systems (ERP, WMS, POS)
n
Familiarity with agile ways of working (user stories, backlogs, sprints)
n
Prior experience in Level 2 IT or systems support
n
Experience with process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart or Miro
n
n
