Customer Support role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, holding clients accountable, while also communicating with empathy and ensuring customers receive great service and support with every call.
n
This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within the business. Your starting salary will be $62,500 plus commission, plus super, plus car parking supplied.
n
You will be based at our up-to-date office in Southport and there is no night time or weekend work required.
n
Key Responsibilities

Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and client portal
n




Assist clients with matters relating to their current loan
n
Accurately update customer records and notes in our CRM system
n
Maintain a professional, calm and customer-focused approach always
n
n
About You
n
You're proactive, professional, and understand the importance of fairness and clear communication in financial services.
n
To be successful, you'll have:

Strong phone manner — confident, friendly, professional and appropriately assertive
n
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
n
Calm under pressure and comfortable handling difficult customer conversations
n
Strong attention to detail and good numerical aptitude

Solid computer skills and confidence learning new systems
n
Team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability
n
n
Experience in finance is not essential; customer-service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded
