Integration Engineering Lead

$160,000 - $170,000 + super
n Sydney CBD | Hybrid
n Lead a team of eight engineers delivering complex customer integrations for a growing enterprise SaaS platform.
n This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining solution design, Java engineering and customer engagement. You'll lead an established offshore team while remaining close to technical design, code reviews and customer delivery.

What you'll be doing
n
Lead a team of eight offshore engineers
n
Design APIs and system integrations
n
Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
n
Review technical designs and code
n
Mentor and develop engineers
n
Work directly with enterprise customers
n
Balance delivery speed with long-term platform quality
n
Support planning, estimation and technical delivery
n
What we're looking for
n
Strong Java software engineering background
n




Experience designing APIs and systems integrations
n
Technical leadership experience within a software delivery team
n
External customer-facing solution design experience
n
Strong engineering judgement and problem-solving skills
n
Experience mentoring developers
n
Ability to work across engineering, delivery and customer stakeholders
n
Experience within SaaS, enterprise software, consulting or systems integration environments will be highly regarded.
