Fund Operations Associate role with a boutique asset manager in Sydney CBD. You'd support operations across their local and offshore funds, working with the Fund Operations Manager and Head of Operations.

Fund operations:

Trade lifecycle, execution to settlement
n
Unit pricing reviews and unit registry oversight
n
Monthly reporting to investors, consultants, platforms and research houses
n
Management fee reviews and rebate administration
n
Daily ASX monitoring and disclosures
n
Wholesale certificate register updates
n
Responding to investor queries
n
Year end process and regulatory reporting
n
Maintaining policies and procedures
n




Process improvement and risk reduction
n
n
Distribution:

Monthly investor reports
n
Website fund info updates
n
Competitor analysis
n
Ad-hoc distribution team support
n
n
What suits:
n
n
Degree in finance, accounting, business or similar
n
Fund admin, fund accounting or investment operations experience a plus, not essential
n
Strong attention to detail and problem solving
n
Comfortable using AI tools
n
Wants a long-term career in fund ops
