I'm currently recruiting a Senior Strategy Manager to join a high-calibre in-house strategy team working on some of the organisation's most topical and exciting growth priorities.
n
The team focuses on the strategic questions that sit outside the day‐t‐day running of the business, areas that require dedicated thinking, rigorous problem solving and a fresh perspective to determine where the next opportunities for growth will come from.
n
It's a great opportunity for someone coming from consulting who wants to retain the variety and complexity of project‐based work, while getting much closer to the decisions, execution and long‐term impact.

Key responsibilities:

Leading strategic projects and major workstreams
n
Tackling complex commercial, customer and growth questions
n
Using data and analysis to identify insights and translate them into clear strategic recommendations
n




Working closely with senior leaders to shape decisions and influence meaningful change
n
Bringing new and creative thinking to some of the organisation's biggest opportunities
n
Leading, coaching and developing junior team members with a small team of direct reports
n
n
You'll ideally have 6+ years' experience, including at least 2 years within a top‐tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain or BCG).
n
You'll bring strong structured problem‐solving skills, commercial thinking, quantitative capability and the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
n
