THE ROLE
n
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end month-end and year-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, intercompany accounting and consolidation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a fast-paced, high-growth business - combining strong technical accounting with genuine influence over process, systems and controls as the finance function matures.

RESPONIBILITIES

n
Own the end-to-end monthly and annual close process
n
Lead group consolidation,
including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency treatment
n
Manage CAPEX accounting, including capitalisation, WIP, depreciation and disposals
n
Maintain balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliation and review
n
Support audit activity and contribute to strengthening the control environment
n
Partner with commercial and operational teams on accounting outcomes
n
Drive process improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives
n

REQUIREMENTS
n
n
CA/CPA Qualified with demonstrable experience as a financial accountant.
n
Big 4/Mid-Tier Background highly desirable
n
Strong technical grounding across balance sheet governance
n
Advanced Excel and ERP experience in a multi-entity setting
n
Proactive, self start and hands on approach
