Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage outstanding accounts, follow up overdue balances and support effective debt recovery.
n
Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances, payment options and payment plans with professionalism, empathy and respect.
n
Maintain accurate account records and ensure recovery processes and procedures are followed.
n
Assist with collection, aged debt and performance reporting, including maintaining dashboards and tracking team performance.
n
Identify opportunities to improve billing, reporting and recovery processes and support projects as required.
n
Provide skilled and responsive service to patients, doctors, clinics and internal teams.
n
Handle enquiries and difficult financial conversations calmly, clearly and respectfully.
n
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies relating to privacy,



safety, quality and compliance.
n
Identify and report issues and contribute to a positive, safety-focused workplace culture.
n
Take ownership of responsibilities, follow processes and contribute to achieving team and business objectives.

About You
n
n
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, debt collection, finance administration or a similar role.
n
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organisation and time management.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
n
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
n
Experience with finance ERP systems such as SAGE, SAP, Oracle or similar is desirable.
n
Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.
n
n
Key Working Relationships
n
You will work closely with the National Recoveries and Collections Manager, Accounts Receivable and Finance teams, clinic teams, Business Managers and Line Managers.
n

n
Work-from-home flexibility may be available once the successful candidate has demonstrated confidence and capability in the role.
