PhysioChoice is currently seeking proactive, organised, and personable Casual Practice Administrators to support our clinic at Chevron Island.

The Role
n
Offers regular, set weekday shifts, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours to cover staff leave when required. You will be a key point of contact for both patients and clinicians, playing an important role in the smooth and professional operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Welcoming patients and providing exceptional front-desk service
n
Managing bookings and responding to client enquiries
n
Processing payments and reconciling daily transactions
n
Maintaining a clean,



professional, and organised clinic environment
n
Assisting with general administrative tasks and account processing
n
Laundering treatment towels and supporting daily clinic operations
n
Providing reception cover during staff leave as required
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
n
A friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
n
Solid attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
n
Reliability, flexibility, and a team-focused attitude
n
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical environment (preferred but not essential)
n
Experience with practice management software (Nookal) is desirable
n
