Job Description
The Role
n
Reporting to the Head of Foundation & Community, you will be responsible for growing the Panthers Foundation's commercial and philanthropic outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Foundation & Community, you will develop and deliver strategies to enhance corporate partnerships, increase fundraising opportunities, support major events, and grow targeted coterie and supporter groups.

This position may be appointed on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Contribute to the development and execution of the Panthers Foundation Strategic Plan.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships across the Foundation's philanthropic and corporate network, delivering exceptional stakeholder service while identifying opportunities for growth and increased engagement.
n
Develop and secure new partnerships with funders, donors and sponsors to generate sustainable revenue and support the Foundation's long-term objectives.
n
Identify, develop and grow new revenue streams to enhance the Foundation's financial sustainability.
n
Lead and support the planning, coordination and delivery of the Foundation's events and fundraising program.
n
Work closely with program delivery teams to understand, articulate and promote the impact and outcomes of the Foundation's initiatives.
n
Support the Foundation at Panthers NRL home games and other club and community events as required.
n
Champion and deliver the Panthers Foundation brand experience across all stakeholder touchpoints, both internally and externally.
n
Recruit, lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability and excellence.
n
Optimise the utilisation and return on the Foundation's assets and resources.
n
Ensure compliance with all legislative,
governance and organisational obligations.
n

About you
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Sport Management, Business, Community Development or a related field (or significant equivalent industry experience).
n
1-2 years' experience in events, partnerships, business development, sponsorship or fundraising.
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong computer literacy.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a professional approach.
n
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
n
Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
n
Solid organisational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends and Panthers match days as required.
n

Essential Requirements
n

Relevant Tertiary Qualification
n
Sports Management / Business Degree
n
1-2 years' experience in events, partnerships, business development, sponsorship or fundraising.
