Job Description
Partner with the logistics operations team to execute procurement tasks aligned with operational reguirements.Source and pre-qualify suppliers, analyze competitive pricing, and conduct market research to support procurement supplier performance evaluations, develop supplier resource pools,and maintain long-term vendor the full service lifecycle from contract execution to delivery monitoring-ensunng timely and quality-compliant outcomes.Support the Procurement Manager on urgent or ad hoc procurement initiatives and speclal projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with the logistics operations team to execute procurement tasks aligned with operational reguirements.

Source and pre-qualify suppliers, analyze competitive pricing, and conduct market research to support procurement strategy.

Manage supplier performance evaluations, develop supplier resource pools, and maintain long-term vendor relationships.

Oversee the full service lifecycle from contract execution to delivery monitoring-ensunng timely and quality-compliant outcomes.

Support the Procurement Manager on urgent or ad hoc procurement initiatives and speclal projects.

Education Qualification
n
n
Bachelor's degree or higher, exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements
n
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
n
Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen, permanent resident or valid work visa).
n
Familiarity with procurement workflows and knowledge of the express delivery or logistics sector is a plus.
n
Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and robust execution skills.
