certified Lifeguards to join our team! In this role,you'llbe responsible forsafeguarding swimmers, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable time in the water. If you have sharp observation skills, the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies, and a friendly, approachable attitude, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
n

Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all.
n
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as needed.
n
Enforce facility rules and regulations to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
n
Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
n
Maintaincleanliness
and organisation of the pool area.
n
Provide excellent customer service andassistguests with inquiries and concerns.
n

Requirements
n
This opportunity requires the current candidate to undergo,
and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
n
n
Current NPLQ certification (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).
n
Proficient in swimming.
n
Excellent observation and decision-making skills.
n
Ability tomaintainfocus and act quickly in emergency situations.
n
Friendly and approachable attitude withgood
communicationskills.
n
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
