Our client, a growing global clinical research organisation, is seeking an experienced Director, Project Management to provide strategic leadership across an international portfolio of clinical studies.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior clinical research leader to influence project delivery, mentor high-performing teams, strengthen sponsor relationships and contribute to the continued growth of a agile organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across multiple global clinical research programs.
n
Lead, mentor and develop Project Management and Clinical Operations teams.
n
Drive operational excellence, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
n
Build trusted partnerships with sponsors and key stakeholders.
n
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, financial performance and delivery metrics.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
n
Support business growth through operational leadership and client engagement.
n

About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
Extensive experience leading global clinical research projects within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
n
A proven track record managing complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
n
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global regulatory requirements.
n
Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
A strategic mindset with a passion for developing people and improving performance.
n
